Me Clint Goffin van Aken, founder of the office in 2004, has studied law at the universities of Tours (France), Leiden (The Netherlands) and Strasbourg.
He is mainly advising companies and undertaking legal proceedings in civil and commercial law matters as well as in corporate criminal law. He also treats property, family and inheritance law issues.
His clients are French and foreign companies and individuals exercising an activity in France.
Me Goffin van Aken is also teaching general civil, commercial and property law at Strasbourg University and at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Strasbourg and the Bas-Rhin département.
Me Clint Goffin van Aken has spoken at different meetings about subjects relating to civil and commercial law.
